Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Free UK Delivery

• Available on all orders of £50 or more
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where available.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@rovijewellery.co.uk, and we'll work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At present, ROVI ships within the United Kingdom only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
